Create a PHP program to develop a Multiple Choice Quiz. Create a file
consisting of set of records. Each record need to pertain to following
fields QuestionNumber, Question, Option1, Option2, Option3, Option4,
Answer. The quiz need to display each question at a time, once
submitted process the result and procede with the next question till
last question repeate the same process. At the end of the quiz display
Number of Correct Answers, Number of Wrong Answers & Total Score.
Assumtions to be concidered are: +ve 1 mark for correct answer, -ve
0.25 for wrong answer and zero for not answering.

Write an CGI Program to ask the user to upload a file. The file need to
contain Employee Id, Employee Name, Employee Designation, Employeee
Salary and Employee Address. Create a database Employee with fields as

Employee Address. Once the file is uploaded by the user Copy all the
contents of file into database. Also provide an option to add a record
and delete a record from the database. Test for validation and style

Create an HTML document that has 5 frames. There must be 2 rows of frames, the 1st with 3 frames and other with 2 frames. The frames in the 1st row must have equal width. The left frame in the 2nd row must be 50% of the width of the display. Each of the frames in the top row must display a document that has a form. The left top frame must have 2 text boxes in the top row must have 2 text boxes each 30 characters wide, labeled Name & Address. The middle top frame must have 5 radio buttons with color name as labels. The right top frame must have check boxes labeled with 4 kinds of equipments such as CD player, Air conditioning.
